Built in 1995, this was only the second home I built in the highly desirable, fiercely competitive University Park market. I purchased and demolished an old home in order to build on this 50×140 prime property.

The two-story spec home, which was designed by JM Designs Architects, had approximately 3,817 square feet of air-conditioned living area, four bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms, three living areas, two dining areas, and a two-car attached garage. The exterior of this classic custom home was 100% brick, elegantly trimmed with cast stone accents around windows and doors.
