This custom home at 3390 Falcon Road at Oxford Farms in Prosper, Texas was the first spec house I built in the newly developed Oxford Farms project. The lot was 2.81 acres. After the home sold, I added a horse barn for the buyer. It was my first barn.

The two-story spec home, which was designed by JM Designs Architects, had approximately 3,030 square feet of air-conditioned living area, four bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms, two living areas, two dining areas, and a two-car attached garage.
