Contemporary urban townhouse in a project of only five multifamily townhouse residences in North Oak Lawn. I served as a consultant on the design, entitlements, and preconstruction activity, and later served as the general contractor. Designed by renowned Dallas architect Oglesby Greene, this three-story project came in at $2.538 million 23 years ago.
I built this multifamily townhouse project in 1998 in PD-193, the Oak Lawn Special Purpose District, the zoning district I helped craft for the City of Dallas. Each of the three-story townhomes comprised 2,674 square feet of air-conditioned space an included 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, 1 Living Area, 2 Dining Areas, and a 2-Car attached garage.
