Built in 1996, this was one of the first homes I built west of Hillcrest Road in the highly desirable, fiercely competitive University Park market. It was also the first 70 foot wide lot I built in University Park.
The two-story spec home, which was designed by JM Designs Architects, had approximately 4,317 square feet of air-conditioned living area, four bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms, three living areas, two dining areas, and a two-car attached garage. The exterior of this classic custom home was 100% brick, elegantly trimmed with cast stone accents around windows and doors.
