Beautiful single-family attached custom home in Oak Lawn. It was the first narrow-width single-family attached home I built in Oak Lawn. I built the home in 1996 while running Ascot Custom Homes Corporation in Dallas. I built it spec as a proof of concept to support the business model of selling 22 foot wide attached homes for top dollar. I sold it at the sheetrock stage for the full asking price.

This home has all the amenities you expect in homes I build. This home featured three ensuite bedrooms and two have private balconies. The master suite had a fireplace, sitting area, and balcony overlooking the patio courtyard. The third bedroom had its own rear staircase and can be used as an office or a separate living space.

The kitchen opens to the living area and the large windows look out to the courtyard. A large office with incredible cabinetry greets you as you enter this custom home. The breakfast bar adds to the many features of the kitchen. Gas stove, built-in refrigerator, double oven, large pantry to name a few. Walking distance to many spots of interest and no HOA.
