Frisco Estate Home

6360 Lone Grove Court

This magnificent Frisco estate home is located in the prestigious Starwood neighborhood. Developed by high-profile oilman, real estate developer, and Dallas Cowboys owner, Jerry Jones. While Jones and the Cowboys haven’t won a championship since 1995, Starwood has fared considerably better, and is one of the most exclusive communities anywhere in North Texas. This home was acquired by a client as a short sale on three days’ notice. It was then turned over to me for redesign and renovation.

The entire interior of this impressive estate home was redesigned, followed by extensive interior demolition. All of the required renovation work was performed in less than 40 days, and the home was delivered substantially under budget.

A European style motor court with parking for eight cars, wrought iron fencing, and access gates, along with a swimming pool, hot tub and pool house with extensive landscaping completed the exterior.
