Shantiniketan Clubhouse

The Shantiniketan Phase Three Clubhouse is a 14,000 square foot commercial building that includes a 5,000 square foot, fully equipped commercial kitchen, an indoor dining facility that seats up to 300 residents and guests, a 24,000 square foot courtyard, and a 2,000 square foot porte-cochere.

The clubhouse serves as the community center, activity center, and resident dining room for Shantiniketan Phase Three, a multifamily senior living community with 120 one-story condominiums.

The Clubhouse is constructed of filled concrete block exterior walls, engineered wood roof trusses, and a concrete barrel tile roof on an engineered, fiberglass reinforced, monolithic concrete slab foundation. The building features four (4) zones of heating and air conditioning, a full fire sprinkler system, and extensive commercial bathroom facilities.

In addition to the kitchen and dining room, the Clubhouse features a prayer center, library, exercise room, staff offices, community manager apartment, and a mail center for community residents.
