Shantiniketan Village

Niche Retirement Community For Indian Immigrants

Shantiniketan Village

Shantiniketan Village is an 800+ unit, $220 million, senior living community that offers a range of independent living choices along with an assisted living facility with memory care units. Located in Central Florida, the 112-acre gated community was developed in five phases comprised of active adult multifamily condominiums, zero-lot-line single-family homes, multifamily senior living, and an assisted living facility with memory care units. The project is restricted to residents 55 years of age and older.

Shanti Village is a niche retirement community that focuses on serving Indian immigrants. Each of the phases in the community is self-contained with its own clubhouse that provides dining facilities for the community. Each clubhouse features a large commercial kitchen in order to serve two chef prepared, vegetarian Indian meals every day. Each of the clubhouse dining facilities offers only Indian, vegetarian food to accommodate Indian immigrants and their religious dietary needs.

Chef prepared meals are offered as a monthly food club with lunch and dinner served daily for one fixed monthly price.
