Virasat Senior Living is a pending 55+ Active Adult Community in Sugar Land, Texas that is being developed as a niche community that serves Indian immigrants. Indian immigrants tour properties in groups and purchase in groups. While with Shantiniketan two public presentations of three hours each yielded 85 buyers and $5.5 million in deposits.

When complete, Virasat, which means Heritage in Hindi, will feature 228 cottages and townhomes, designed as a series of connected Pocket Neighborhoods, along with a Clubhouse and extensive neighborhood amenities. When built out forecasts project $27.5 million in gross margin on $92.1 million in gross revenue.

Virasat is also serving as a proof of concept for senior living communities for Indian immigrants.
