New Urban style multifamily townhouse project on a 1.17 acre site at the corner of Gilbert Avenue and Wycliff in North Oak Lawn. I built this multifamily townhouse project as a general contractor in 1998 as part of the Wycliff Townhomes, a 25 unit townhouse project in Oak Lawn.

This townhouse is part of the Wycliff Townhomes, a 42,125 square foot, twenty-five unit multifamily townhouse project I built in 1998 as the general contractor for the property owner. Designed by Dallas architects Oglesby Greene, the two-story project came in at $6.625 million 23 years ago.
